1. All the fields are mandatory.
2. Enter correct details mentioned in form.
3. File to be uploaded on form is the image of the payment receipt paid in bank.
4. File must be uploaded in jpeg, jpg format.
5. Once the candidate will fill the form, it will be pending for admin approval.
6. After the approval from admin, candidate will receive Membership Certificate on registered email Id.
